Massage therapy

Five massage therapists work alongside our doctors. Massage works on the surface and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, to help you heal, loosen up and relax.

What a session is like

A 60-minute massage is a targeted and relaxing treatment for tension, stress and sore muscles. Your therapist combines deep-tissue work, trigger-point therapy and soothing strokes, and concentrates on the areas that bother you most.

Massage can be booked on its own, or alongside your chiropractic care: it is sometimes used before an adjustment to relax the muscles.

Why patients book a massage

  • Tension and stress
  • Headaches
  • Sports injuries and recovery
  • Tight muscles and limited flexibility
  • To relax

Our massage therapists

Jan works full time; Liz, Cindy S., Renee and Nikki work part time. All of them have many years of experience.

Jan was excellent. My massage addressed the areas I was most concerned about, and I left feeling noticeably relaxed and relieved.
