Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses very thin needles placed at specific points on the body. It comes from traditional Chinese medicine, and many practitioners today use it without following the traditional theory.

Dry needling

Dry needling targets trigger points: tight knots within a muscle. Needling a trigger point aims to relieve pain and help the muscle work properly again, so you recover sooner.
